This is often called “community access” funding in your NDIS plan.
Who Can Access Community Participation Services?
Community Participation includes:
People who need support to attend activities,
Safe travel support to medical appointments
Hobbies, events, sporting activities and outdoor activities.
What to Expect
Initial Assessment
We will visit your home and assess your needs, routines, and preferences
Matching
We’ll carefully match you with support workers who are a good fit for your needs and personality.
Support Planning
Together, we’ll create a detailed support plan that covers exactly what you need and how you like things done.
Ongoing Support
Your support worker will arrive as scheduled, provide support as planned, and complete documentation. We check in regularly to ensure everything’s working well.
